‘Flip-flops like this’: Sarah Palin calls out Sen. Rubio for supporting amnesty

Sarah Palin @SarahPalinUSA:

Politicians wonder why we can't trust them? Campaign flip-flops like this and carve-out bribes in the Amnesty... http://fb.me/2IsL1uspC

Palin’s tweet links to a story from TownHall.com detailing Sen. Marco Rubio’s (D-Fla.) flip-flop over amnesty for illegal immigrants.

During a debate with opponents Rep. Kendrick Meek and Gov. Charlie Crist, candidate Rubio argued that giving illegal immigrants an “earned path to citizenship,” which Crist, Sen. John McCain and former President George W. Bush had advocated, is basically amnesty.

Rubio, who won that 2010 election, is now the leading Republican in the U.S. Congress pushing for illegal aliens to be given the earned path to citizenship that he himself insisted was “code for amnesty” only three years ago

Yeah I remember that night well(Almost vomited having to watch Obama get re-elected) it was a huge cat fight between O’Reilly and Rove because Rove refused to believe he was wrong and that Romney would lose. Sarah Palin wasn’t even there that night..and as far as this supposed hissy fit during the VP debate..all I have to say is LOL wut? Never happened..in fact Sarah Palin praised Paul Ryan for doing a good job during the debate, there was no hissy fit

Yeah but still, it’s very strange though. It wouldn’t surprise me in the least if the twice unconstitutionally elected communist regime is threatening him in some way. There just seems to be an *awful* amount of RINOs lately doesn’t there? Remember: The M.O. of the admitted foreign born twice unconstitutionally elected Kenyan and his boy Axelpod is to dig up dirt of his opponents, getting “sealed” court records “unsealed” (except his of course). So it would not surprise me in the least if he is still doing this and holding it over their heads.

She almost got fired from FOX over it.

She did in effect get fired from Fox News when her contract was not renewed.

Methinks that had nothing to do with a singular act of insubordination that you refer to and I am unfamiliar with.

Sarah was not renewed because she could not tow the GOPe Party line and take her talking points from Tokyo Rove.

Whether Sarah was eventually renewed because she went begging on hand and knee to get her job back or whether they needed a token truthteller on Fox News is anyone's guess.

It would seem that Fox News needs Sarah as much if not more than she needs them.

Ailes and Tokyo Rove treat conservatives like dogs and having Palin spottily appear off prime time programming is there way of throwing conservatives a bone. The GOPe at Fox News believes us conservatives should be wagging our tails because Sarah gets some face time on their most obscure programming.

What will this do to the unemployment rate, will they be now included in that number?

We have millions of unemployed or underemployed citizens as it is. Yet we want to give amnesty to millions here now, and allow millions more to immigrate, because we allegedly need workers in our economy.

Well, Rubio and his aides say we Americans can't cut it, we're lousy workers, don-cha-know.

It used to be, we needed these illegals to do the jobs Americans "wouldn't" do; now, according to Marco and his amigos in the Gang of Ocho, it's to do the jobs Americans "can't" do.

These guys get to DC and get exposed to the likes of Comrade Rove and the RNC and they turn into liberal shape shifters.

I agree, reluctantly. While I would not say ‘never’’, the odds are strongly against ever seeing a Palin presidency. I hope she’ll line up with a like minded conservative to run. Her backing would do wonders in the primary, and the candidate would not enter with the insurmountable negatives in the general election.

From my standpoint I disagree.

I believe she chose to spend four solid years with her family, and let Obama make a mess of things.

I think (hope) she’ll be back around in 2016 for the real thing.

The Palin's personal life is just fine and NO ONE has damaged them, especially themselves.

I would say so.

You are clueless and making things up as they go! Sarah wasn’t involved in any coverage of the VP debate not had a meltdown on election night or anything else. She WASNT ‘almost fired from FOX — that makes no sense — almost fire? If she was fired then its strange for them to talk to her about coming back (That’s what Roger Ailes said himself) less than 6 months later!!!

You are either a troll or an hapless RINOS that loves Rubio and the Establishment to make up lies like this

It’s not good to hate someone with proven accomplishments, a patriotic who has brains and beauty because you end up dreaming and repeat ‘your dream’ here.

She did in effect get fired from Fox News when her contract was not renewed.

That's not being fired when a contract is not renewed. And you don't know if Sarah is the one who didn't want to renew it. It was Ailes who came crawling back to her according to her demands! They NEED her, she doesn't need them!

I think it’s funny that Twitchy refers to Rubio as the Democrat from Florida.
