You know when one of the kids pilfers something out the fridge when they shouldnt be delving in there and you catch them with the cake crumbs crumbling from the corner of their mouth? Youve got them red handed and yet they still go doe-eyed and weasel-voiced and deny it to the bitter end in the full knowledge that you actually know they are lying. Either you choose to play along with the game or you dont. One choice makes your life much easier to live and the second alternative launches something at the fan that you could have done without at the weekend. Well, the National Security Agency has been caught lying through its back teeth now (yet again, perhaps, some might hasten to add). The trouble is that the NSA wont have any teeth left after the people find out that the supposed surveillance of US citizens internet traffic being nothing more than a measly 1.6% of the sites that we visited and the communications sent is just a bare faced lie. It apparently turns out now that it is 75% at least of the sites that are visited by everyone in the country. Whereas the kid that swipes the stuff from the fridge is excused for being young and learning, the NSA is at an advanced stage of maturity and old people are notoriously renowned for telling fibs, arent they? Well, sometimes, they just dont give a dam either and blatantly launch themselves into rhetorical speeches that get them into hot water for telling the truth far too much. Yes, the NSA lied. The NSA has lied. The NSA is still lying.

The People have lost any faith in their government. It s corrupt and evil, it has an agenda and that is to move us into a one world government where we are citizens, stripped of individuality and incentive and siphoned for higher tax dollars than at any time in the past. But there is good news! This has all been foretold and we know the ending. Evil will fall to its feet when Jesus arrives. For that reason, I will not worry and live in fear.
I’m fortunate that the biggest part of my life was lived during the “good” days. ;) I’m also of the opinion we are now likely living in those times written about.
What started out as an understandable, but highly limited, protection of elected official’s free speech in the halls of congress has been allowed to mushroom into carte blanche immunity to every government agency at every level (federal, state, local) for just about any criminal act even treason from our president... AND WE DID NOTHING!
We no longer seem to have any legal mechanism to remove from government and incarcerate those who’s actions, were they committed in the private sector would certainly result in jail time.
Well said. It’s going to take a revolution to fix things, if even a mini one.
Pardon my bad manners. I forgot to wave at the NSA suit behind the screen this morning.
Howdy!
Having already downed a few power drinks, she turns around, faces him, looks him straight in the eye and says “Listen here, good looking. I will screw anybody, anytime, anywhere, their place, my place, in the car, front door, back door, on the ground, standing up, sitting down, naked or with clothes on... It doesn’t matter to me. I just love it.”
His eyes wide with interest, he responds, “No kidding! I’m in Government too. What branch are you?”
