Amen. But it’s still hard to blame the Democrats for the actions of a Republican Governor.

... He’s been fighting the good fight against government over-reach since the Clinton years,..

Yes. I remember watching him speak at the March for Justice, Oct. 1998.(15 yrs. ago this Halloween)
Hope he has better success in a private practice than he does against dim politicians.

Funny how every law in Hawaii is only annotated as to indicate the adoption of the last paragraph.

Last change, maybe, but initial adoption, doesn’t seem so. Do you know the bill number and date when it was passed?

I like to call him the most successful President in US history because he’s pretty much accomplished everything he’s set out to do.

1. Destroy the US from within.

2. Help empower and spread radical Islam.

Thanks to RINOs so far he’s had absolutely no problem accomplishing those two things therefore he is the most successful President - for him personally. For us it’s a nightmare. What we have here is an enemy foreign agent as POTUS. Remember what GW Bush said? Terrorists will get us where we LEAST expect it! Who would ever believe that the enemy could assume the nations highest office and what do the RINOs do? Attack Ted Cruz.

No, because the next law I clicked has this: "[L 1949, c 327, §22; RL 1955, §57-21; am L Sp 1959 2d, c 1, §19; am L 1967, c 30, §2; HRS §338-18; am L 1977, c 118, §1; am L 1991, c 190, §1; am L 1997, c 305, §5; am L 2001, c 246, §2; am L 2012, c 86, §2],

(with "am" being "amended.")

After 5+ years of this I would have thought that the difference between “citizen” and “natural born citizen” would be something we could take for granted as understood ,, at least on this site.

There are folks who just fundamentally refuse and won’t. God knows who they are. What we see is like, at best, a time slice of a soul. God sees the whole eternity’s worth of the soul. Anyhow because we can’t see what God can, we can’t conclude any specific person is utterly lost short of his or her death.

Anyhow those folks will ultimately get their wish. They will be rapt in the devil and his incredible hate of God, and get what the devil gets, and not want to leave their environs no matter how horrible it gets.

God says that there are people living who are beyond salvation, who “cannot repent.” Again, I will not claim to know who these people are. But scripture gives us good clues.

They will be instrumental in the Great Tribulation, of their own wills.

The author of chart needs to learn the difference between “fighting a duel” and “dual citizenship.”

If you’re referring to a certain passage in Hebrews, I think that’s a widely misinterpreted passage. It’s saying to backsliding believers that while you’re moving backwards, you cannot also be moving forwards. Its scope is small scale and not permanent, as following the narrative makes clear.

I refer to various places in scripture, as well as observations in which people all but preclude their ability to come to God.

You might subscribe to the false proverb that you can't judge a book by its cover, but you indeed can in the spiritual realm.

I see people who have spit in God's face by mutilating their bodies beyond remedy, and I have a pretty good idea that they will never repent, nor have that ability.

That is the real birth certificate.

Hawaii’s official Department of Health, Vital Records webpage: “Amended certificates of birth may be prepared and filed with the Department of Health, as provided by law, for 1) a person born in Hawaii who already has a birth certificate filed with the Department of Health or 2) a person born in a foreign country” (applies to adopted children).

B. A parent may register an in-state birth in lieu of certification by a hospital of birth under HRS 338-5.

C. Hawaiian law expressly provides for registration of out-of-state births under HRS 338-17.8. A foreign birth presumably would have been recorded by the American consular of the country of birth, and presumably that would be reflected on the Hawaiian birth certificate.
