And our Supreme Court said that it is perfectly Constitutional.

I am of the opinion Roberts did so under threat. SCOTUS was intended to be the peoples’ last line of defense against the other two branches of government. In this, they have failed.

Our founder were DEAD serious about “Our lives, our fortunes, and our sacred honor”.

Cowering from a threat to himself or his family is by its definition cowardly, and time is running short for his redemption in this matter.
