Obama: We are remaking the courts
Beltway Examiner ^

Posted on 11/09/2013 8:11:18 AM PST by KentuckyTim

Speaking at a Democratic fundraiser, held at a private residence in Dallas, Texas, President Obama stated, “we are remaking the courts.”

The President’s statement is especially important, due to the fact that critics of the President have long accused him of attempting to change the American court system, in order to ensure his leftist agenda is deemed to be constitutional. The President, however, has denied doing this, until now...

“when courts start deciding based on who you are as opposed to what the law is , it’s over”

Well it’s over then because there are a lot of wetbacks
walking around like they own the place and the fuzz
refuses to do anything about it.

I have no complaint if a good conservative blogger posts his own material to FR,
not as an excerpt to drive hits and discussion back to his blog,
but rather to impart useful information to OUR readers
and to promote and join in on the discussion and conservative activism HERE on FR.

If a blogger can’t or refuses do that,
and if he constantly complains or fights with our participants over it,
then I’d just as soon he doesn’t post here.

And if he continues posting brief excerpts only
and obviously attempting to draw away our participants
while loudly complaining about it,
then I have no sympathy for his complaints
and the more apt I am to ban his account and blog.

Furthermore, your blog material should be posted to our bloggers forum
and it would be best if you do not excerpt your own material
and if you would actually join in on the discussion here on FR.

We’re not really that interested in driving OUR traffic to YOUR blog.

Once courts were supposed to be impartial judges of fact but soon courts will be expected to be activists.

Conservatives, even if they are 100% right, are going to lose in court. Welcome to Venezuela/Zimbabwe.

Good luck with that.

The problem is standards of state licensure. A conservative legislature, understanding the lack of representation among the poor and middle classes (as opposed to either only being represented when their interests coincide with the wealthy; see "ACLU") might well be interested in private standards for validation of competency. That would blow the game wide open.

Didn’t Valerie Jarrett say that they had a couple of judges ready to go - or words to that effect?

Oh look! The idiot boy is making the sign for Satan.

The man possesses no honor, holds nothing dear, displays no personal or official honesty, or sense of shame that he is violating his sacred Oath of Office every single day; he has no uprightness of purpose, no love of country, no respect for the everyday citizen (clinging as they do to their guns and religion), and he has zero appreciation for the national heritage of the United States of America.

What he does have is an unbendable commitment to every debunked and discredited progressive brain fart of the past 100 years - even though he KNOWS they will destroy the country.

But, that’s precisely what he is after: the end of the United States as a force and influence for good in the world, and as a place for free men and women and their families to stand strong and proud.

The man is disreputable, debased, disgusting, and perverted. He is the shame of us all. He is our albatross. He is the mindless zombie walker of our own making, who is the personification of evil, who keeps on coming and cannot be diverted.

He must be fought relentlessly, at all times, on every battlefield, in every state, county and town, without regard for self, expecting victory but accepting of defeats along the way. We must not tire or weaken our resolve in the face of setbacks we know will come.

We must persevere; we will win back our country from the leeches, perverts, and social vampires that are this man’s natural allies.

Of course this will have to be accomplished without any help from most of those elected to Congress.

If he’s trying to pat himself on the back for starting this, he’s only about what, twenty-three decades too late?

Yes, thank you. So going after the courts is no surprise.
