It is important to note that the only person to “see” and authenticate the long form birth certificate of one President Barrack H. Obama is now dead in a plane crash. Even more controversial is the one that they submitted as truth on the Whitehouse.gov website is 10 layered in Photo Shop and thought to be fake. The conspiracy never seems to die.
Now a whistle blower comes forward and claims she forged Obama’s birth certificate in 1985. She doesn’t just claim that she did the long form, but the short form as well. Both those claims if proven are enough to make people worry about who really is our President.
Funny how this person is not only a family member but also insists she did it for the drug cartels in Mexico. Fast and Furious and the Federal Court ruling to include drugs and child smuggling make more sense now.
Wait a minute! This is exactly what the birthers are looking for. This will keep the issue going for at least five more years ... :-) ...

I had an Apple LaserWriter, and a Macintosh, back in 1985. And I do believe I was using Adobe Pagemaker. It was a page layout program, so it had to be it.
It was the greatest ... for what was available at that time. The most advanced of anything available for the small office.

My guess is that Thomas Beauchamp Owens, Sr. is Nancy’s father and, per the above, Obama’s father.
In general I agree with you. I don’t remember much about the 80’s and it wasn’t drugs or alcohol it was just a blur - busy working and raising kids. However, I do run into people from time to time that have almost perfect memories in one area or another. My neighbor cannot find his keys most days but he can tell you in great detail about every vacation he has been on for 60 years. One of my aunt’s is a nurse. She recalls virtually every patient she has ever seen but cannot tell you where the mayonnaise is. So as to the person in the OP remembering Obama wouldn’t surprise me anymore than if she was just looking to be the star for 15 minutes. Humans are strange critters.
The "if proven" part seems to be the hardest hurdle to clear for all these claims.

Only in the countries whose judicial form evolved from their involvment with the Dutch Spice industry was a person from ethic Africa refers to as “Afrikan” on their birth certificate. Those countries include South Africa and Kenya. There were three designation: one for the Europeans , the second for those of mixed heritage and the third the indigenous people referred to as “Afrikans”

Sounds yummy. Spent a week one night in Rawlins WY. LOL! Went to a little restaurant and did some fine eatin’. Would like to see more of WY when we get a chance. Did some good eatin’ in Jackson Hole once too. Haven’t been to Cody but sounds like a good trip sometime.

Having said that...it seems that this lady, Nancy Owens of Florida, is saying that the man now known as President Barack Hussein Obama (formerly known as Barry Soetoro) is in fact her half-brother, Allen Owens, for whom she created a false identity and paper birth certificate(s) back in 1985. She says the "British Royal" lineage claim from Obama comes from an Owens family "Beauchamp" line, and this is all to do with Mexican drug cartels, Cuban friends, and "Allen's" desire to go to a four-year college.
Clearly I'm missing something here?!
I do agree that wherever the Obama birth records came from "originally", they are extremely specious-looking. But other than that, I don't think Ms. Owens sounds quite credible enough to overturn the Obama presidency, alas. It would not surprise me if her story was true. It would not surprise me if it wasn't true, but I certainly suspect something similar, if a different cast of players...the Hawaii birth certificate along with Obama's records before age 30 are all very dubious, IMHO.
BUT, what now? My gut feeling is, this is a "watch the birdie" moment...we get yet another "birther" controversy (and slammed by LSM and other more "regular" people who just can't believe this could ever happen)...and just in time to be distracted from (name your "newsworthy crisis") more Obamacare debacles, or some as yet unknown/unreported Obama administration catastrophe. Watch what the other hand is doing...
Sadly, even if Obama was deposed as President for this or any other reason, we would still be subject to his administrations's policies and regulations when VP Biden replaced him. We're stuck with three more years of Obama/Biden, BUT, Harry Reid's Senate Majority Leader position is within reach next year...stay vigilant, and persevere!!
Are you asking if bit-mapped images can be used? If so, the answer is yes.
As for layers in that version of Pagemaker, I really can’t remember.
