The Federal Death Penalty Abolition Act, H.R. 3741, would end the death penalty for:
1 - assassination or kidnapping that results in the death of the president or vice president
2 - murder of a member of Congress
3 - using a weapon of mass destruction
4 - murder done via torture
5 - murder done via child abuse
6 - murder done via war crimes
7 - murder done via aircraft hijackings
8 - murder done via sexual abuse
9 - murder done via bank robberies
10 - murder done via the willful wrecking of a train
11 - using chemical or biological materials to kill
12 - deaths related to treason or espionage
13 - death or injury of an unborn child
14 - death of state or local law enforcement officials
15 - using the mail to kill
16 - kidnapping and killing people to stop them from testifying
17 - use of firearms or armor piercing ammunition during any crime of violence

The logical conclusion, therefore, is this:
HR 3741’s real objective is to eliminate the death penalty for TREASON because Democrats think Barack Hussein Obama may be arrested and tried for treason.
Huh? Where's the “logical conclusion” in there? All I see is a list of 17 crimes and a list of 8 democrats. We could just as easily make an argument and leap to a “logical conclusion” that this is an inoculation against:
1 assassination of the now useless POTUS, or assassination of the always-useless V-POTUS (so BarryPotus can blame it on Tea Baggers and ValJar can entertain her little ML fantasies)
2 -murder of a member of Congress (Any of the Tea Bagger conservatives, probably with Boehner’s help)
3 -using a weapon of mass destruction (I'm not touching all those rumors about the “Oct 8-EMP-Lindsey-Coincidental.Oceanic.Earthquake”)
4 -murder done via torture (Have you seen the photo of Amb. Stevens being tortured with the cattle prod? It's horrendous.)
5 -murder done via child abuse (?)
6 -murder done via war crimes (Such as gun-running in Libya to Al Qaeda; setting the U.S. up for attack by Syria/Iran; instigation of war between Saudi Arabia & Iran, etc. etc.)
7 -murder done via aircraft hijackings (?)
8 -murder done via sexual abuse (?)
9 -murder done via bank robberies (Do we really have any gold reserves left? Has anyone checked?)
10 -murder done via the willful wrecking of a train (What? Didn't they forget planes? BTW, does anyone have the NTSB results for Maj Gen Brown's plane crash last April?)
