Obama's attempts to patch-up the ACA with 'executive actions' are illegal/unconstitutional, and the TEA Party was the only one who ever even gave a damn- everybody else just let him run hog wild. The 11 state GOP attorneys-general made their protest in the from of an open letter to the Obama Administration's Kathleen Sebelius. They said the President is clearly breaking the law when he simply whips-out changes to ObamaCare like some tin-pot tyrant, without bothering to even think of going through Congress- like the Constitution he swore to protect says he has to.
The righteous AG's came down hard on Obama's recent lawless executive actions, particularly the one that allowed insurance companies to keep offering health plans that had been canceled for not meeting ObamaCare's more rigorous standards.
'We support allowing citizens to keep their health insurance coverage, but the only way to fix this problem-ridden law is to enact changes lawfully: through Congressional action,” the attorneys general wrote in a letter to Health and Human Services (HHS) Secretary Kathleen Sebelius.
'The illegal actions by this administration must stop.' They say the healthcare fix was “flatly illegal under federal constitutional and statutory law.”
