I loved the episode where he told Leslie not have public money bailout a video rental store (that was going broke a la Blockbuster not just because of it’s obsolete business model, but because it’s specialty was art house type movies) simply because she thought it was a cultural landmark.

The store started turning a profit because owner took the money and reinvented the store as a porn shop. So Leslie had effectively used tax money to fund porn.
