But we mustn't forget that, even if the Republicans keep the House and take back the Senate, Obama still controls the EPA, IRS, FBI, HHS, HUD, etc.. They can hurt us more than Congress can -- and without a single vote.

If the Republicans have both the House and the Senate, they are in a position to de-fund the EPA, HHS and HUD...and investigate the IRS and FBI.
