Have you tried to get in contact with any of the other passengers, anyone from the rescue team, the mortuary, the relatives, one of the few hundred that filed past the coffin, or even the Priest?

It would be interesting to hear their comments regarding this issue.

It would end this argument once and for all.

Your ex was totally justified in all his complaints I assure you.
It may "warm your heart", but think of all those years of heartburn
he had to put up with. :)

How many friends and relatives of the Benghazi witnesses who were given new identities, were forced to sign non-disclosure agreements, and given polygraph tests regularly have you talked to, to “end this argument (over whether THEY were given new identities) once for all”?

And once you spoke to those people, what would your conclusion be?

Another window of Word was able to operate just fine without anything being done to the system.

Microsoft Diagnostics found no problems with anything.

And none of that stuff explains why the rotate function was corrupted during that Word session, or why it stopped being corrupted when I started a new session even while the old session was telling me that Word needed to restart. Microsoft Diagnostics found no problems and took no action.

Well I’m not sure how much it impacted him. He minimized his contact w Microsoft, & when my ex minimized anyone or anything, trust me they pretty much existed outside his immediate sphere. [Voice of experience speaking here.] He wasn’t a software engineer, for one thing. To be honest he didn’t think much of that major. Makes him sound a bit like a snob, doesn’t it? Maybe he was/is.

My ex used to be as much scientist as engineer. He was, literally, the best in the world at his particular specialty. Now he’s an Officer in a Fortune One Hundred Co. No doubt he despises Microsoft as much now as ever. Some things never change.

Exactly. Somebody posted on my blog with this:

“As someone who not only worked with Loretta Fuddy, but also mourned her loss and paid my respects to her family at the funeral service where this shameless picture is purported to have been taken, all I can say is that the memory of a wonderful woman is being disgraced by feckless, soulless, disrespectful, and unscrupulous morons like yourselves.

The state of Hawaii lost a champion of the vulnerable among us. Her death was a tragedy. And the remembrance ceremony for her drew hundreds. I was there. I saw her resting in peace. I wept for her.

This speculation of yours about her arms and caskets is not only wildly off-base but it is idiotic. It is pathetic. I wouldn’t wish this kind of cruelty on my worst enemy, but for you to do this to a woman I respect makes me realize that there is evil in this world, and it comes directly from people like you and all the ones just like you, who stand in superior moral judgement of others while exhibiting the most vile, malicious, and hateful behavior.”

I responded with 2 different posts:

First: “Why did KITV photoshop in an image of the casket with the hands folded?

And then:
“Also, what shameless picture are you talking about? The Honolulu Diocese picture? The kitv photoshop of the hands in the casket? Which picture is shamelsss and what makes it shameless?

I’m sure Loretta was much loved and I mean no disrespect to anyone. I just want to know the truth.”

This person had the time to call me lovely names but not the time to tell me which photo so incensed him. Which photo was he thinking was wrong/shameless? If he saw her there, why not explain the images rather than call me every name in the book? I’ve gotten no response. Just as you said, you would ignore the questions asked.

And I know for a fact that the people on that plane know a HECKUVA lot more than they are willing to tell. For. A. Fact.

Notice in that guy’s comment, that he says one of those photos was “purported” to be taken at the funeral but is “shameless”. Which one is he saying was not taken at the funeral? The photos I showed are all claimed by either the MEDIA or the CATHOLIC DIOCESE to have been taken at the funeral, and it sure seems like he’s saying that it wasn’t really taken there. Which one? Which one is he saying wasn’t taken at the funeral?

That’s quite a comment to unpack, there. But it seems like he’s not willing to unpack it for me. And that speaks volumes as well.

If he worked with her, I wonder if he’s a DOH person. That also could speak volumes, although I’ve spoken with a couple of helpful people there.

‘but for you to do this to a woman I respect makes me realize that there is evil in this world, and it comes directly from people like you and all the ones just like you’

They are so screwed up, words fail. Muslims mutilate little girls, stone women to death over a period of four hours (and worse), abortion—especially late term abortion—tortures babies to death, socialized medicine tortures all kinds of ppl, but especially poorer, un-politically connected elderly, to death, greenies pass laws that result in the literal starvation of third world children, N. Korea routinely commits atrocities too horrible to describe...

And it takes speculation about Fuddy’s death to convince this...this...Cannot Say It; Shouldn’t Think It...

This PERSON, that evil exists. They are warped so far out of shape, they no longer resemble human beings. Yet in God’s eyes they are no less. I pray for this person. May she [doubt it’s a man] wake up b/f it’s too late; amen.

Butter, that’s all I can say. Seeing modern liberalism portrayed this vividly takes a toll. So sad. This person no doubt had potential at some point. Now she’s a caricature of what humanity was intended to be. Awful...just awful.

Because they corrupted your Word program, the bastards!

They used pyramids and the History Channel and little weaselly aliens.

In fact, the Bilderbergers took control of your images THREE
times while you were trying to post them here. Aliens are KNOWN
to be working for Soros through the Illuminati network and have
long had the ability to alter significantly any images in transit
on any human world or network.

Sorry, but there is really nothing particularly unusual about such a set of circumstances. I no longer use Microsoft Word except in a rare instance to handle a file produced elsewhere, so I’ll have to refer to past experience with Word 2003 and older.

Rotating images in MS Word is one of those tasks which has often crashed a Window for me in the past. I cannot say with certainty what caused these crashes, because Microsoft technical support refused to discuss such problems (circa 1992-1994). However, depending on the software routines used by the application software, rotating the image involves the manipulation of some data arrays in memory. When the software routines are handled inelegantly with an operating system that does not handle memory assignments securely, you get a situation where the memory allocated to the task in that Window is insufficient and results in a hang of the procedure. Depending on the nature of the hanged procedure, the Window alone can freeze, or the malfunction can affect the application and the opeating system. Yes, in some circumstances you can continue to open another Window, and its associated data array, and operate normally, at least for awhile. Again, it all depends upon the specific nature of the malfunctioning software procedure as to what is to be affected and how it is affected.

For me this is a problem that is very common on those machines I’m using with MS Windows 3.1, MS Windows 95, MS Windows 98SE, MS Windows ME (particularly bad), MS Windows 2000 (not so bad), MS Windowsa XP SP3 and IE8, and Windows Vista. The software of one Website will corrupt its Window, while the other Windows already opened or newly opened function normally at least for awhile before a reboot is needed to restore normal OS functions.

Although no malware needs to be present for these problems to be common in occurrence, the presence of malware meddling with the operating system and its memory management really exacerbates the existing problem with the handling of data arrays in memory. So, it is always prudent to do what is feasible to isolate this as a contributing factor to increased problems with memory usage and malfunctioning applications and operating procedures.

I know that you’ve had problems with your PC. I learned a long time ago to save early and save often. I don’t know if you are aware that Ctrl-S will do a file save. It makes saving your files easier. Get in the habit of using that regularly.

Your welcome. I'm off to C-SPAN web site to view some of the latest think tank and Congressional Committee hearings on various issues. Perhaps I'll end up with a bad case of "heartburn". :)
Do have a pleasant upcoming day.
