The Ohio National Guard says that the drill was created by the West Virginia National Guard, and then they refuse to comment any farther. Local representatives have not responded to any requests for their opinion.

If this is an example of today's Army National Guard personnel then I would be afraid that the troops would not hesitate to fire on civilians, when they even have no respect for their dead.
