Except, had this bill failed, the US would have paid its bills. It just would have to cut future spending in order to keep the total US debt under the present amount. So you are actually advocating more spending, with not checks on the amount we go in debt for it. You're right... you're not a conservative...

The “bills” you are talking about is the $17 trillion dollar debt that the Big Government politicians have run up buying votes. And McConnell just gave Zero a blank check to run it up as high as Zero wants over the next 13 months—you know, like for studies on why homosexuals are skinny but lesbians are fat, and all the rest.
