Balancing the annual budget and tax reform ___ Tea Party candidates need to have concrete solutions!

Is it not our duty, more than ever, and as Tea Party Activists, to inform the American People about the brilliance of our Founder’s original tax plan and how our Founders intended to extinguish deficits if imposts, duties and excise taxes were found insufficient to meet Congress’ constitutionally authorized expenditures?

In 1995 and 1996 Congress held Hearings on “Replacing the Federal Income Tax”. My submissions before the Committee on Ways and Means which were presented under the heading “American Constitutional Research Service” are part of these recorded hearings, and I recently found they are available on line. My two submissions not only document the Founder’s intended method to extinguish deficits, they also document our Constitution’s original tax plan. The information I provided proves our Constitution already contains a specific method intended to balance the annual federal budget!

For the 1995 hearing on “Replacing the Federal Income Tax” and my submission CLICK HERE and scroll down to page 687

For the 1996 hearing on “Replacing the Federal Income Tax” and my submission CLICK HERE and scroll down to page 236

Keep in mind if the balanced budget amendment which is now being promoted is added to our Constitution ___ and which, by its very wording, happens to be a fraud being perpetrated upon the people and would make it constitutional for Congress to not balance the annual budget ___ is added to our Constitution, it would supersede the Founder’s method which is already in our Constitution! This is why it is essential to at least show that our Constitution already contains an intended method to deal with deficits and balance the annual federal budget!

Sincerely,

JWK

If the America People do not rise up and defend their existing Constitution and the intentions and beliefs under which it was adopted, who is left to do so but the very people it was designed to control and regulate?

Many responsible concrete solutions involve filling various politicians winter boots with concrete and inviting them to swim across the Potomac.

Has anybody heard what the GOP plans to do if they take the senate?
Because I haven’t.

To the best of my knowledge the GOP, to date, has offered no specific proposals. But they do constantly remind us how terrible things are now, suggesting we need to elect Republicans if we want change.

When one of them decide to propose the following resolution, then, and only then, will I believe they are sincere about real change!

House/Senate Joint Resolution

Proposing an amendment to the Constitution of the United States to repeal the sixteenth article of amendment and end taxes calculated from profits, gains, salaries and other “incomes”.

Section 1: The sixteenth article of amendment to the Constitution of the United States is hereby repealed.

Section 2: Congress is henceforth forbidden to lay ``any`` tax or burden calculated from profits, gains, interest, salaries, wages, tips, inheritances or any other lawfully realized money.

Section 3: This article shall be inoperative unless it shall have been ratified as an amendment to the Constitution by three fourths of the several States, as provided in the Constitution, within seven years from the date of the submission thereof to the States by the Congress.

These words, if written into our Constitution would return us to our Constitution's original tax plan and end the existing tyranny of taxation!

Of course.
Bonehead and Whoever the Senate Majority leader is(McConnell is a goner) will say that they only have 2 out of 3 branches of govt. And that
they can’t do anything.

While I don’t care for the full libertarian platform this economic plan sounds like a solid start.

Anyone claiming there are no plans is a moron.

Ever notice how conservatives, tea party’rs and the like must have perfect (concrete) plans, while everyone else can experiment with our lives and resources... what the hell!!

One way to balance the budget.

Budget percentage annual increase cannot exceed the CPI-based COLA given to senior citizens. No exceptions.
