Does this mean that it is now--and one is not being facetious in this--the official policy of these United States' Federal Government, that Lott should have ordered his heavenly visitors out into the street, so that the degenerate dwellers in Sodom, might "enjoy" them?
This seems to go far beyond religious toleration. It appears to be the rankest form of denial of the rights of anyone in the world to embrace traditional, Biblically based, Western morality.
Why are so many supposed clerics silent amidst this lunacy?
