You’d have to have guns to protect your family and whatever you had left from the looters.

massive wall of water several hundred feet high Sigh.
The terrible tsunami that hit in the Indian ocean in 2004 had a height of less than 35 feet.I'm sure they can come bigger than that, but "several hundreds of feet"?
Sounds like something Al Gore would say.

So how many hundreds of feet high was the Indonesian tsunami? It left a watermark on the moon...that's how high it was... : ^ )

I prefer to fantasize about one slamming into Washington, DC during a joint session of Congress while Barry and Biteme are giving speeches to them.

I guess it would be a bad day. Same thing if a hundred volcanoes erupted or huge earthquakes or maybe fire from heaven.
I think the panhandle is some of the most geologically stable areas in the world.

Stop right there. If a giant meteor hit ANYWHERE!, it would cause enormous devastation. Why is this guy so concerned about only tsunami’s?
To: Tolerance Sucks Rocks
Oh my Dear Lord.
Where in the name of bad science fiction did you drag that up from?
I have that book somewhere in the inactive stacks of my personal library.
Yes, I admit it. I read it. I paid money for it.
Sob.... But I didn't know...
