I do think we're seeing an interesting alignment of nations, and the push for World Order marches on as the EU snatches countries into it's fold....comparable to the Revived Roman Empire. (A comparison of mapping is an interesting read to understand the dynamics of World Powers on the move today.) No doubt the World Stage is being set, and we cannot ignore the USA weakened economically, as it would have to be for the movements to continue the push. Though the US is very much involved in the World Order push itself.

Interesting is seeing 'the nations resisting' the NWO Push.....Russia and China as well as Syria, Egypt and others. Yet the media opposes the very nations rather than understand and report the underlying causes and why they are resisting....which indicates the media is certainly framing the World Stage and compliant with the powers that be.

But on the whole the world is ripe for the great deception, and I think we know that God can slow this down and or speed it up at will.... Presently it appears he's allowing leaders motives and desires for power and money to be the driving force for what we see playing out, and setting the stage for what will come.

I question greatly if Christians will actually see or accurately guess the identify of THE Anti-Christ when he appears on the World stage, we are called to look for Christ's coming not the anti-Christ. The unsaved will not be able to identify the anti-Christ as a Counterfeit....they will be under the deception God says he will send because they refused to acknowledge His Son.

Bottom line it will all line up when and how God determines...no sooner no later than.

Apparently among many evangelicals (even on FreeRepublic), there’s this ongoing notion that a revived Roman Empire would form the initial kingdom of the Antichrist. Some would even say that the EU would form the basis of this revived Roman Empire (even though many EU countries were never part of the Roman Empire to begin with). And they’re worried that the EU would somehow reinstate the guillotine because of Revelation 20:4, while ignoring the one group that still uses beheading as means to execute Christians.

Shouldn’t they be more concerned with a revived Turkish Ottoman Empire? After all, the Ottoman Empire is the seventh kingdom in Revelation (after destroying the Roman Empire in 1453), and the eighth world empire (the empire of the Antichrist) is a revival of the seventh instead of the sixth.

We are told exactly when he is coming after the abomination is revealed. 3.5 years is what Yeshua said, and he also revealed that he is coming at the exact moment that Yom Teruah begins in Jerusalem. (the only feast that we don’t know the beginning until it happens)
