This needs to stop. Its this issue more than any other that has allowed homosexuals and the modern hedonist movement to keep an advantage. The good thing is that most Americans in polling don’t support these kind of lynch mob tactics by as much as 75%. So that is why we must continue to cast this in terms of individual liberty and as opposing what has become a politburo of political correctness. The Achilles heal of the left is their greatest strength which is this kind of tactic. This is why they so oppose any law that strengthens or protects religious liberty or conscience or freedom of association. The idea that people be left alone to freely exercise their conscience religious or otherwise is a huge danger to the left and to those who wish to accumulate power through mandates and forced participation in progressive programs.

I don’t understand the reluctance by some. Freedom sells and the youth while confused on ‘equality’ they don’t largely like jack booted thugs forcing them into sensitivity training etc. Conservatives need to use this and also need to knock down the allies of the left in the GOP because they are the real problem because they undermine our ability to respond and win as we did when Duck Dynasty was under attack and even with Chikfila even though Chikfila still managed to surrender or reach a true with the gay mafia. However the idea that they still managed to become the number one restaurant in chiken sales shows that the pink fascists can be defeated.

If we let the left shut us down on issues this way they will do it on on other issues and are already trying and in academia they are actively pushing out anyone who doesn’t toe the leftist line on social or fiscal issues. So if you want the public debate to become no better than the level of debate on liberal campuses then hide your head in the sand because that is what will happen if we don’t continue to push back hard with liberty as our rallying cry.

Eich is a very public victim of the PC Inquisition and many people are now finally recognizing the intolerance of the left.

As such they utilized classic Saul Alinsky tactics

One of Alinsky's favorite tactics, that he wrote about, was to feed a bunch of homeless people baked beans and have them enter an enclosed meeting hall.

A majority of Californians supported outlawing such “marriages.”
And a judge knocked it down proof that votes only count by those in power.

I can only wonder at how this all ends.

Rudyard Kipling answered that a century ago.

...

On the first Feminian Sandstones we were promised the Fuller Life
(Which started by loving our neighbour and ended by loving his wife)
Till our women had no more children and the men lost reason and faith,
And the Gods of the Copybook Headings said: "The Wages of Sin is Death."

...

And that after this is accomplished, and the brave new world begins
When all men are paid for existing and no man must pay for his sins,
As surely as Water will wet us, as surely as Fire will burn,
The Gods of the Copybook Headings with terror and slaughter return!

I’m not sure people do see the intolerance of the left. Those who support the radical homosexual agenda have generally nodded in approval. Those who have been bothered have only been slightly bothered by what happened to Eich. Andrew Sullivan is the exception. Otherwise, most of the slightly bothered crowd are like Frank Brunni who only seems to think these tactics are a couple years ahead of when they should be done. The average joe might be bothered but it doesn’t affect him so he doesn’t care all that much.

That list with the names of political donors to Prop 8 has been out for a long time. I think they purposely held back, and are maybe holding back on a bunch of others, until the time is right for maximum exposure.

They could have said something a long time ago but waited until he became CEO.

Brendan Eich was the CEO at Mozilla until it was discovered that he donated $1,000 to support Prop 8 in California.

Wasn't this "discovered" through an ILLEGAL disclosure of the Prop 8 group's donor records which were filed with IRS and are the subject of repeated inquiries and calls for investigations into WHO internally leaked these documents to a "Human (Gay) Rights" group that was openly hostile to their initiative?

In California I'm pretty sure that lists of political donations are public.

I remember after the voting was complete on Prop 8, the "other" side boldly stated they were going after anyone on the list. They took out a symphony director in Sacramento not too long ago who had been on the list.

But the fact that the law was adopted in California right after Prop 8 suggests it was specifically for the purpose of exposing and demonizing those who supported Prop 8. Doesn’t that make questionable the content neutrality of the law?

You are right about that,

How did people find out that Mozilla’s CEO donated to support Prop 8?

http://hotair.com/archives/2014/04/03/how-did-people-find-out-that-mozillas-ceo-donated-to-support-prop-8/

I’d been hearing reports from a group (prior to this event) on radio as they continue to seek investigation, which is why I sought confirmation.

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/2013_IRS_scandal#Allegations_of_document_leaks

Allegations of document leaks

The National Organization for Marriage has alleged that the IRS intentionally leaked its 2008 tax return, including donor lists — an act prohibited by federal law.[71][72][73] In a lawsuit filed on May 15, 2013, NOM alleged that, in the words of chairman John C. Eastman, “This wasn’t a low-level error in judgment; it was a conscious act to reward a prominent Obama supporter while punishing an opponent.”[74][75] However, former NOM chairwoman Maggie Gallagher stated on May 10, 2013, that an IRS employee had been duped into releasing the documents by someone who fraudulently claimed to work for NOM.[76] However, she later stated that that was “only a theory”, and that she believed the matter needs further investigation.

During the period in which the applications were being scrutinized, the Cincinnati office of the IRS violated policy by releasing nine confidential pending applications from conservative groups to ProPublica, an investigative reporting organization.[18] ProPublica had made a records request to the office seeking only completed applications, which are public information.

“The progressive left however will not tolerate any dissent on this issue. As such they utilized classic Saul Alinsky tactics against Eich, threatening Mozilla with protests and boycotts.”

The glaring problem that the author has adeptly illustrated, is that boycotts propagated by progressives are intended to be violent in they seek to economically destroy companies and their employees. The leftists adhering to Alinsky tactics have no regard for American values or the family unit.

However, boycotts organized by Pro Family Christian organizations have proven that we have the ability to steer companies towards what is right in the eyes or mainstream Conservative Christian American values and actually save companies from being destroyed by their own homosexual advocacy.

J.C. Penny’s is a good example of a boycott organized by Christians over their embracing of the homosexual agenda which in the end saved the company.
