If your family are Christians this is what Muslims want to do to your wife, your daughter, etc. The people who did this are the people that President Obama bows to.
Would you be as courageous as this young woman and not deny your faith? Would you be courageous enough to fight to defend your family?
I suspect most Americans accept the murder and torture of Christians throughout the world today. Some Americans are glad to see Christians such as this woman tortured and worse. Some Americans today are too afraid to defend themselves or stand up for their faith.

Filipinas are routinely abused, usually sexually. If I were the Philippine government, every worker would have a clear understanding that if they go to Saudi Arabia they will suffer abuse and they could even get executed over the most flimsy of excuses. They will also likely not be given their due pay.
