If I were going to have to go the expense of having a tax attorney, I would also have him file a Freedom of Information Act demand for any and all paperwork, emails, phone calls, calendars, etc. relating to his Congresswoman’s contact with the IRS, both with the IRS, and with the Congresswoman’s office.

Indeed, do some searching, find out if there is already a Conservative Lawyer group that is pursueing this and find out if joining forces would be advantageous.

I would say that maybe investigating this digging deep on this may very well be more important than running for any office.
