On May 12th, a motorist told Minneapolis police that the driver of another vehicle had brandished a gun at him on I-694. Police closed two lanes of Interstate traffic during the morning rush hour, identified the gunmans vehicle and took him into custody.
It turns out the man who caused the police emergency and traffic nightmare is an ATF agent. However, the agents name was not released per Minnesota Statute 13.82, which allows the identity of an undercover law enforcement officer to be kept private.
An undercover law enforcement officer? How many undercover officersyou know, individuals who would prefer to remain anonymouswave a gun at a fellow driver at 6:30 in the morning?
Of course the story was not reported by the mainstream media and no questions were asked even after...

Some time ago my doctor’s office had me filling out forms. One of the questions was, do you own a gun? (If yes, there were more questions.) I was carrying a .380 concealed in his office. (I generally don’t in case I have to take my clothes off, or worse, leave them some place.) I answered, no.
If anybody I don’t know asks me a question like that I look them in the eye and say, no.
As do I. It’s no ones business but mine. Period.
You were right to answer that way.
