Although there is NEVER any chance that I will run or be elected to public office, I pretty much know what I would do if selected for the Oval Office.
First of all, it needs to be stated that America doesnt need change; America needs restoration.
My first act would be to issue a pair of Executive Orders.
The first one would nullify every previous Executive Order, most of which are unconstitutional anyway.
My second Executive Order would completely repeal Obamacare, an unconstitutional action that was only passed by the Senate, deliberately breaking their own rules and procedures. Moreover, it was also a tax bill that unconstitutionally-originated in the Senate, not the House.

NO more illegal than Obama doing it already. He has issued EOs saying that though the law is passed, his big core constituencies are exempt from it. All this guy would need to do is issue an EO that all other Americans are exempt too.
