I hear talking heads and politicians calling for one man’s resignation over the VA’s delayed treatment of our military men and woman. I see them in front of any camera they can find, throwing around strong words of indignation and outrage concerning the scandal having been perpetrated, apparently for years, resulting in a minimum of 40 deaths to date.

I hear no politicians offering the immediate steps necessary to serve our veterans. Conservative pundits, yes. Politicians, no.

So how to solve the V. A. problem and end the unnecessary loss of life?

First, immediately announce that all military personnel may start using the nearest hospital/medical facility...

Slash the bloated, self-interest $4 trillion federal government by 80% (would = $800 billion budget - still too large, but it’s a start.) The bigger the government, the less it dose what it’s supposed to and the more it interferes where it doesn’t belong.

Let’s see: Turn over ALL medical to local HMO’s/clinics. What’s left? Home loans? Burials in National cemeteries? Close down the WHOLE operation. Those old folks wearing the VFW cunt caps? They’ll understand.

What do we owe homeless veterans? They’re ‘stopover’ in the military made them homeless? Maybe recruiters should interview parents and teachers b4 accepting them in the military.

They have to do something. High profile leftists and Dem pols are being forced to pretend to care about us vets. It make their head hurt.

The VA, in it’s current for, is a government funded union jobs program.

Where good little socialists and their family members go to get good paying jobs that have big benefits and no punishments for doing a lousy job.

I think $800 BILLION is enough to handle keeping our defense second to none and care for our our veterans as they should be cared for.

From what I’ve heard, they were receiving bonuses for keeping two sets of books.

The ones that were bogus showed that they were taking care of veterans. Those were the ones that got them the extra cash.

Now that Shinseki was offered up as the sacrificial lamb, these bastards are still at work collecting a paycheck.

And they’ll probably be there for a long time, seeing how as they’re union members, protected by their Federal Union Thug Bosses.
