It is a stunt.
Neil Cavuto had Michelle Bachman on to discuss this and Cavuto gave her hell about Republicans pulling these phony meaningless stunts.
Bachmann then says “We should cut off the executive branch money”
Cavuto replies ‘Democrats are laughing their ...es off over these stunts and Republicans would have too if Dems tried them against GWB as POTUS”
