Man, renaming one single post office...that’s a feat. The re-election ad ought to be interesting....what he did for four years, then feature the post office in the background, and talk about what that did for the local community. Ask folks if they even knew it was renamed, or if it made a difference.

smeared the good name and reputation of Ted Stevens

I remember that differently. I remember Stevens being another corrupt member of the GOP-E, and I think Sarah Palin said basically the same thing, iirc.

Lock-stepping Democrat Begich delivered---not for Alaskans----but for Barack Obama and Harry Reid when he joined in the sneaky Christmas Eve passage of a bill the Senate Democrats made-believe was the bill on Obamacare that was sent to them. That was a lie, but like all Democrats they lied to ram through socialized medical care....

JUST A FRIENDLY REMINDER TO BEGICH VOTERS As far back as 2008, at the presidential debate in Nashville, Democrat candidate Obama advanced his signature plan that was ultimately enacted (by an historic straight Democrat party-line vote) into the "Affordable Care Act":

QUOTING OBAMA: "No. 1, let me just repeat, if you’ve got a health care plan that you like, you can keep it. All I’m going to do is help you to lower the premiums on it. You’ll still have choice of doctor.”

Repeated over and over ---- with the promise that every American would be saving $2500.00 on healthcare costs.

LOCK-STEPPING PARTY LOYALTY NOT SEEN SINCE 1930-40's ERA EUROPE:

IN 2009, SEN. MARK BEGICH (D-Alaska) told his constituents: “If you got a doctor now, you got a medical professional you want, you get to keep that. If you have an insurance program or a health care policy you want of ideas, make sure you keep it. That you can keep who you want.” (Sen. Begich, Townhall Event, 7/27/09)
