Federal officials have announced the structure and methodology for the amount of tax fines to be levied to individuals in non-compliance of federal Obamacare mandates. Under the plan announced today, the maximum tax/penalty an individual can be charged for failing to comply with the Affordable Care Act (ACA) often referred to as "Obamacare" will be $2,448 per person, while a family of five could entail a levy of $12,240.
The decision that was announced today would initially impose on the citizenry a first year additional tax fine of $95 per person and be raised as much as 1 percent of personal annual income. The limits were put in place are based on government estimates of bronze level insurance plans. Citizens will be assessed the federal penalty and is due when people file their 2014 taxes. In the event the taxpayer is due a refund of federal payroll taxes paid out during the year, the amount of the tax penalty will be deducted from these refunds.
Numerous question remain in place relating to Obamacare and given the specifics of Chief Justice Roberts majority decision on the health insurance law leave lingering doubts that among the general public and lawmakers alike. The future of the ACA will largely be determined over the course of the 2014 midterm and 2016 Presidential elections. As the punitive phase of Obamacare is put into place and further tax fines becomes a reality to millions of taxpayers, we will be provided further insight into the character of the American people. Whether Americans view it as audacious overreach from a federal government already exceeding its mandate or rather display an attitude of acquiescence of the costs to live in a "Great Society" will be the determining factor in the upcoming races and by virtue all future elections in the United States of America.

Obamacare will destroy this nation if not repealed. It can’t be “fixed” and amounts to ingestion of a fatal dose of poison with only minutes remaining to administer an antidote. If allowed to exist, it will destroy the US with 100% certainty, period.

INSURANCE no longer covers doctor visits OR drugs
fully, and NOT AT ALL until minimums are reached
BEYOND the “INSURANCE” and fines.
Of course, that is if they can find a doctor now
at all who will see them in a reasonable time.
But, the good news is the EXEMPT in DC are EXEMPT
and .... all Moslems. What could be fairer?
