My Challenge to the Washington Post ( Sarah Palin )

My Challenge to the Washington Post

To reclaim your credibility (and the mainstream media’s, at large), I challenge you to engage in the same aggressive investigative journalism you courageously employed 42 years ago covering President Nixon. The public knows of our current president’s incompetence, denials, and cover-ups, but would be well served if we could count on your resources to dig deep for truth in all matters pertaining to Team Obama.

One example: your reporters kept tracking an obscure break-in story and that led to revealing a grave problem in the White House. The Washington Post’s reputation soared as the model of good journalism. Today, you’ve fallen like a lead balloon. Whereas you once doggedly covered the 18.5 minute gap in Nixon’s White House communications, you’ve virtually ignored the Obama Administration’s 1.2 million minutes of deleted communications by just one of the agencies under Obama’s executive branch. I’m speaking of the Lois Lerner IRS harassment-of-conservatives scandal wherein Lerner “lost” pertinent email communications. You’ve allowed Obama to skate with his proclamation that absolutely no wrongdoing occurred at the IRS, “not even a smidgen.”

The list of Obama abuses and impeachable offenses is long. I challenge you to lift a finger and help protect democracy, allow justice for all, and ensure domestic tranquility by doing your job reporting current corrupt events fairly. If not, you prove yourselves incompetent and in bed with Obama, not caring one iota about media integrity.

Those running the Washington Post’s show now, compared to those during the Nixon era, are too afraid of being uninvited to the permanent political class’ cocktail parties and petty gossip fests, making you all a bunch of wusses. I challenge you to get to work.

“I love her. Always did. From moment she started to speak at Convention in 2008.”

Mega dittos to that. And by leading she is making the Boehner-type RINOs look like the wusses they are.

Worse, they are Pravda and Esvestia and organ if you will, and they don't know they don't because they are useful idiots or are complicate in this cabal.

Remember the are fellow travelers willing or unwilling of the Commie Left Joe McCarthy warned us about, ergo, Hollywierd and then they took over the Media and College Campuses so probably the WP body populous has been inculcated by one if not all three.

Remember they had to Destroy Nixon a virulent Anti-Communist as well, he worked for Joe McCarthy!

I don't talk about this lightly, but I have a dear friend who's dad knew Ronaldus Maximus as a fellow Actor and knew and spoke of the Commies in Hollywood and that they were everywhere and tried to get his dad too join the party! Why do you think Reagan had Union Problems when he was Governor, the same folks ( Commies ) that tired to destroy his Screen Actors Guild were at it again!

Now they have their guy in and they are an organ just like the 2 Soviet Papers all of which are worthy of lining a bird cage.

Whoa!

This is akin to Reagan’s “Mr. Gorbachev, tear down this wall”. Everyone advised Reagan against it, but he had the moral courage to step up to the plate.

I can’t wait to see the fallout from this...

“aggressive investigative journalism you courageously employed 42 years ago”

She shows her naiveté once again. What they did was not aggressive journalism. Anyone who believes that Woodward & Bernstein were some great investigators is clueless.

And it’s different than, “Main Stream Media, I challenge you...” It’s a specific outlet. By name. Should be fun. What would have been funner “Woodward and Bernstein, you’re officially called out.” Retweeted already on Twitter.

You bring up a good point I hadn't though of. They had an agenda as I sort of noted, get Nixon as he was with Joe McCarthy. Perhaps she was being magnanimous to them, something many have not reciprocated.

My guess, the talkers tomorrow, Bennett plays it a bit of lip service, Ingraham may get into it, Beck? He doesn't say much about Sarah anymore, I wonder what that is all about.

Rush may touch on it, ditto Hannity. Levin will for sure.

It's perhaps a good thing that you can't wait. I'd advise against it, since nothing at all is going to change with the MSM - especially since it's Sarah Palin making the challenge.

Personally, I'm way past appealing to Lib/Dems' reason, or any other virtue they're devoid of. They're despicable creatures who want us dead. At this point, all I want to know, is when we're gonna quit dancing and take this thing out back.

I'd be happy just to see the same effort put forth that the scores of W-P employees put forth in 2008. example: google

"sarah palin" site:www.washingtonpost.com

for the dates 7/1/2008 to 12/31/2008

BTW I remember those Watergate years.. sometimes all three TV network news would have nothing but watergate stories.

You are right. They lied, obfuscated and pointed fingers to bring down the prosecutor of Alger Hiss. Nothing more.
