Could some lawyer reading this please tell me how willfully and publicly flouting federal law is not punished? I understand the concept of prosecutorial discretion, but that’s for the equivalent of jay-walking, not major felonies, correct?

Simple:

* Speaker “Blank Check” Boehner has convinced most voters in the Public and US House of Representatives that NOTHING CAN BE DONE to punish B. Hussein Obama for violating the US Constitution unless he is removed from Office by the US Senate.

(IOW, Speaker Boehner, by doing nothing, Boehner violates his unique Constitutional Duty to “Control the Purse” or Impeach Obama, and passes the buck to a Democrat-congtrolled US Senate that will never Remove Obama from Office).

* Obama knows that as long as Boehner stays in as Speaker, then Obama has permission do whatever he wants to do, with no fear of punishment.

Boehner as Speaker is ESSENTIAL to permitting Obama to violate the US Constitution on a near daily basis.

Boehner is “the best Speaker of the House that the Democrat Party has ever had.”

Removal from Office can only come from the US Senate, and ONLY if the US House Impeaches BEFORE the US Senate even considers to consider the matter.

BTW, “stupid” people are those people who are incapable of learning, and Speaker Boehner and all those who refuse to use the Checks and Balances found in the US Constitution are TRULY STUPID, especially the Republican supporters of Boehner in the US House of Representatives.

for future disbarment, and, (2) have his/her license to practice law challenged.

Every lawyer is an officer of the court and should know, that the US justice system
does not dispense justice to litigants who come to court w/ "unclean hands"---
a legal term meaning the litigant has committed crimes.

CRIME ONE Crossing the border without permission is a federal crime.

CRIME TWO Giving US officials false information. "Cheat sheets" have been
found at the border, indicting, illegals were coached to give false information
to US got officials.

Ahem...you and I know that but attorneys have a tendency to bend the rules to suit their needs particularly when there is something to be gained from it. It’s natural for them to do so. The reasons are many. Most come from stable wealthy families so there is quite often a lack of empathy for the “lesser” of the people. The often feel or give the impression that they are superior to other human beings. You can tell it in their verbiage, body language, and mannerisms. In addition they often interpret the laws often bending their meanings when the law is ambiguous particularly if it will bring their client out on top even if it’s no ethical. This doesn’t apply to all but to a large percentage if them. I’ve been around them all my life.

Besides, no lawyer likes to have an ethical charge against him--and risk public exposure---no matter how high up the legal chain he is.

Public exposure of lawyers repping illegals would inflame America's growing disgust w/ border violators.

Here is a slightly larger version, but the important hand written stuff is mostly too unclear to be legible.

The more I read that, the stranger it becomes. The typewritten lines are done by someone unfamiliar with Mexican Spanish, or semi-literate. But then there are words that would be totally unfamiliar to native Latin illiterate or semi-literate speakers.

From top to bottom, the typewritten lines are:

"Why did you abandon (leave) your country?"
"Due to poverty and misery"
"Are you afraid of your government and afraid to live in your country?"
"Are you afraid of extortions by crooks?" (last word unclear)
"Have you been extorted (feminine) not only once but more than once?" (the use of the word 'solo'is usage by semiliterate Spanish speakers, or an American with limited control of Spanish)
"Do you have family in the United States?"
"Have you previously lived here?"
"Is this the first time that you enter this country?"
"Through which (part of the) border did you enter?"
"Did you swim across the river?"
"Did anyone tell you that if you brought minors with you, you could enter the United States?" (the use of the phrase 'in menor' is weird; not the way Mexicans or people farther south speak. More a gringo poor attempt to write in Spanish.)

My best guess after writing this up is that this sheet was prepared for use by the American border patrol, and subsequently duplicated and somehow smuggled across for use by the coyotes across the border.

The hearts' scattered around the sheet suggests this was in possession of a young female illegal. The handwritten lines that can be read clearly are as follows...

"Because I had no one to help me"
The "Si" and "No" answers are self explanatory.
"Whom did you live with?"
"With my uncle Pero(?)" what follows is illegible.)
"To my father where he is living."
"I do not know (him or her)" (the rest is illegible.)

The handwritten notes give us the most insights.

Two U.S. Border Patrol agents just made a shocking new claim

Two anonymous Border Patrol agents reportedly told radio
 host Dave Hodges that under the pretense of labeling 
illegal aliens “refugees,” the United Nations is “calling
 the shots” on America’s border operations and the U.N. is
 deciding which immigrants to ship to various parts of the 
U.S.

One of the agents said U.N. personnel are already present at
 various detention facilities in the American Southwest, 
according to Hodges, and are working with Homeland Security 
agents in “gathering MS-13 gangsters, captured from 
different roundups, patch worked together as a group and 
then shipped together to various locations on the perimeter 
of the United States.”


“I objected to admitting MS-13 gangsters into the U.S. and I
 was told that we have our orders to treat them like anyone  
else,” the other agent told Hodges.


Hodges says that he asked one of the agents how they knew 
the immigrants were MS-13 and he told him they could tell 
“by the tattoos.”


“He recounted the fact that MS-13 operatives will have a 
tattoo with tears on their face which represents a person 
that they have murdered in the commission of their drug-
related duties,” Hodges reported. “He said he processed an 
MS-13 member who had nine tears on his face and he was told 
to process him as an ‘unaccompanied juvenile refugee.’”


And police officers are already encountering these gang 
members, such as the La Grulla, Texas, officer who pulled 
over a vehicle last week carrying an aggressive MS-13 
member.


“Once I asked him to lift up his shirt, that’s where I 
observed he had MS-13 tattooed on his chest and his back,” 
the officer stated. “Those are really dangerous subjects.”


The U.N., however, has already announced its intent to 
broadly designate illegal aliens, including MS-13 members 
from Central America, as “refugees.”



“Representatives of the United Nations High Commissioner for 
Refugees, or UNHRC, are ‘intensely discussing in meetings’ 
the possibility of extending U.N. protection to the 
thousands of Central Americans crossing the U.S. border with 
Mexico illegally by defining them as ‘refugees’ who are 
seeking asylum from political and domestic violence in their 
home nations,” Jerome Corsi reported on July 14.


An informed source also told Infowars the U.N. is already 
calling illegals “refugees” and pro-amnesty organizations 
are likewise doing so even though Latin America has 
experienced extreme violence for the past 10 years and the 
massive influx of illegals has only occurred in the past few 
months.


In June, for example, several activists who were guests on 
NPR described all the illegal immigrant youth entering the 
U.S. in record numbers as desperate “war refugees” who need 
the full support of the government.


Of course, that’s obviously not the case if the U.N. is 
helping to import MS-13 gang members into the U.S., but U.N. 
representatives will still call them “refugees” if it allows 
the globalist organization to infringe upon America’s 
national sovereignty.
