California wake-up call: Extreme drought will lead to migration exit and real estate collapse

The migration of people out of California with be forced by economics. The middle class is disappearing rapidly.
Water has been pumped out of the ground for years lowering the water table . Ground water moves slowly through the aquifers and is essentially not a renewable resource. Surface water from the snow melt has been allocated to agriculture . Desalinization requires energy at .66 K cal / liter to process. I have seen estimates that 1 acre foot of water will cost 3000 dollars. So if you had a medium sized house with a yard and pool and used 1000 gals a day you would spend 10 dollars a day for water . Your utility bill with electric, gas, water and sewage will be a house payment. You will be forced from your house because you can not afford the costs .
Welfare people don't care and the extremely wealth can manage.

Bath A full tub is about 36 gallons.
Shower 2-2.5 gallons per minute. Old shower heads use as much as 4 gallons per minute.
Teeth brushing <1 gallon, especially if water is turned off while brushing. Newer bath faucets use about 1 gallon per minute, whereas older models use over 2 gallons.
Hands/face washing 1 gallon
Face/leg shaving 1 gallon
Dishwasher 20 gallons/load, depending of efficiency of dishwasher
Dishwashing by hand: 4 gallons/minute for old faucets.. Newer kitchen faucets use about 1-2 gallons per minutes.
Clothes washer 25 gallons/load for newer washers. Older models use about 40 gallons per load.
Toilet flush 3 gallons for older models. Most all new toilets use 1.2-1.6 gallons per flush.
Glasses of water drunk 8 oz. per glass (did you remember to drink your 8 glasses of water today?)
Outdoor watering 2 gallons per minute

There are 30 MILLION + illegal aliens in the US

so.... 30,000,000 X 100 gallons = 3 billion gallons of fresh water consumed per DAY by illegal aliens (at a minimum)

365 days in a year X 3 billion = 1.095 TRILLION gallons of water a year.
