I doubt they realize that the only winners from litigation are the ONE PERCENT, the lawyers...or, more likely, they never cared in the first place.
“occupy” HAD to go under, because their main protest, Wall St. is the only piece of the economy doing well, and it just wouldnt do to protest the one bright spot in this obammunism.
Just like almost all other protest outfits, they are only interested in protesting IF it hurts Republicans.
