That woman has been through a lot in her life, from losing a young daughter to being the wife of one president and the mother of another. I doubt she wants to have the final lap of her life filled with more ceremony and vicious political carping. And few of us, even if we like and respect the Bush clan, want to emulate the Left in their worship of dynastic rule (ref the law firm of Roosevelt, Kennedy, Clinton, and Kim).
