"Net Neutrality" is GOVERNMENT CONTROL

Internet is a medium by which every one may publish to every one.

The medium must not can not be regulated.

Regulation is an abridgment of the freedom of speech and of "the press"

Internet is “the tyrant’s foe, and the people’s friend”

The FCC is seizing control of the medium. They claim laws of the 1930's as their authority. The 1930's are well before computers and internet existed.

The FCC has no authority to regulate the medium. There can be no authority to control the medium.

Fundamental transformation means destruction of the Constitution, especially the Bill of Rights. The only president in history that the media never vetted never really mentioned constitutional rights in his speeches, did he?

He sure did talk about not liking so-called “negative liberties”—which indicates an anti-Christian stance since the Ten Commandments are 80 percent in “negative” language (reading “Thou shalt not” etc.).

“Content must be just and reasonable.” If you and I separately listed what consists of just and reasonable content, I’m sure our lists would be quite different in detail. However, Obama and his crowd will be more precise as they’ve given a lot of thought to that. FR like the TEA Party are already defined as dangerously radical, racist and unacceptable. SPLC will be helpful in excluding dangerous content from the net.

Precisely. They will have the SPLC and the like bring suits for the sole purpose of “establishing evidence” that there is some “injustice” that must be “corrected”.

It’s a scam.

Yes, because that is what free speech is all about- you are free to give an opinion as long as it agrees with liberal standards/ideology, otherwise you are not free to voice your opinion.

Christians will no logner be allowed to quote from the bible because according to liberals, the bible is ‘full of hateful rhettoric’ and people will no logner be able to be critical of radical Islamic terrorists because according to the left, criticism of terrorists is considered hate speech

In fact, any speech critical of liberal agendas will be considered either hate4 speech, or an infringement on someone’s ‘right not to be offended’

However, when it comes to offending conservatives well then, conservatives will have no right objecting to the offensive material because then they’ll be infringing on ‘free speech’

See how that works? Simple- They gots it all figured out for us

Just how many of these regulatory bodies are there that are answerable to no one? We know about the FCC and the EPA, but how many ohers are there?

This is the list, but there are several subdivisions of these major “departments” that really bloat the bureaucracy.
