I wish we had that one back. As well, you should have to be a taxpayer (not an EIC whore) to vote. Or at least, everyone gets one vote, but those who own property and pay taxes get *extra* votes.
It was also enforced as a de facto one vote per family, as well.
The property owner was the head of the house, and only he could vote.
