Obama knows Roberts us going to cave on at least one, or all, of the big cases. No doubt on the insurance subsidies. Obama wants to show off to his lo-info goons that he can have his way with the court.
There was always some strange reason he had to oath twice. Maybe he forgot to cross his fingers the first time.
