Why does President Obama criticize the Supreme Court so much?

President Obama seemed to relish the chance to take yet another swipe at the Supreme Court justices who were deliberating a case that could determine the fate of his landmark health-care law.

“This should be an easy case,” he said earlier this month regarding the latest legal showdown over the Affordable Care Act. “Frankly, it probably shouldn’t even have been taken up.”

This time the president was taking questions from reporters at a recent summit of world leaders in Germany. The case before the court would decide whether millions of Americans who receive tax subsidies to buy health insurance on federal exchanges are doing so illegally.

The oath of office of the President of the United States is an oath or affirmation required by the United States Constitution before the President begins the execution of the office. The wording is specified in Article Two, Section One, Clause Eight:.

Before one enters on the Execution of one's Office, one shall take the following Oath or Affirmation:—

“I do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will faithfully execute the Office of President of the United States, and will to the best of my Ability, preserve, protect and defend the Constitution of the United States.”

Right now King Obama is a sort of dictator. His pen and verbal commands are so powerful that the House and Senate Republicans have wet their pants over and over. What King Obama thinks that as supreme commander that he can put fear in the Supreme Court and for the most part he has. America is finished and will never be the same it once was.

Even if he leaves office in 2017, he will have established horrible precedents more associated with one-man rule than free government. While we have a constitutional republic on paper, our de facto government runs on precedent, and notwithstanding some push back from Scotus, Obama has established the precedent of executive supremacy.

No election alone can reverse our present course.
