Job burnout is pretty common among teachers who work in those classes, but now this loser has decided to justify it by giving it a racial tinge. She was sentenced to work with the handicapped? She was bought at the Cleveland slave market to work with them?

Glad the paraprofessionals (some of whom are no doubt black themselves) complained.

In 7th grade I had a social black studies teacher Mrs. Shelby who during a noisy moment faced the class and said act your age not your color.

The teacher would still have her job if she just sat on her butt and did nothing. Only allegations of physical abuse got her in trouble and then only after the paras (who make about $10 an hour) took their complaint outside the school.

Not doing one's job is just fine in a lot of school districts as long as you toe the line and go along with the (mis)administration.
