I really admire Ted Cruz for his agenda and his speech making ability. He never puts me to sleep like Walker does. Problem is his chances of winning nomination do not look good. 6% in polls is not encouraging.
Cruz will become better known to the people as VP and gain executive experience on his resume. After 4 to 8 years of Trump, Cruz will still be a young man of 48-52 and in excellent position to run for president.
Cruz as VP will keep Donald in line to stay conservative, which is synergistic.
I disagree. You keep saying he is only at 6%...I don’t blame you, it is what the polls say. You also assume that Trump will win...I don’t think he will.
Look at the polling internals...Trump isn’t winning with the base. He is winning with people who are Liberal. Also, look at what is happening in the money race and in the ground game. Cruz is raising money right and left from the base...he is consistently asked to attend Republican dinners. He is starting a tour of the South. He has increased his team in IA....
Don’t write off Cruz just yet. And don’t believe the polls you are seeing either. Remember, polling outfits have and agenda...and they are a snapshot in time. Look at the hotair polling, grassroots polling on Breitbart. That is more indicative of the base.
