Ahhh....as they say on the commericals: That’s not how this works. That’s not how any of this works.

The networks and rating services do not know what channel your TV is tuned to. Unless you are downloading an “on demand” show or watching pay-per-view.

Really. I’ve built head ends (where the magic cable signals come from) and trust me...they don’t watch who is watching.

They DO put boxes in homes where they test stuff. They still do diaries.

But, no...the cable company has better things to do than figure out who is watching Fox or MSNBC.

We don’t have cable - no Fox News on TV at all. We do stream from odd sites when viewed, more often than not for debates and elections. At one time We would watch Bret Baier, BOR and MeKel but these, too, have fallen by the wayside.

This morning we saw Dr. Carson on Jake Trapper’s show (ABC). Dr. C was awesome. Trapper...not so much. Methinks it is time to log onto One America News on line and attempt it from that angle. Fox news is history here yet it was once on 24 hours a day. Don’t miss it much at all. Murdock has jumped the shark big time, his tv buddies hanging on his shirt tail.

Thnx for the ping.

Naaah. You’re still paying for the cable bundle which still helps subsidize our enemies.

Cut the cord, then go sign up for One America News for FREE via YIPTV.

There is so much streaming content out there that you’d want to watch. Why subsidize the garbage you don’t want? And you just subsidize the enemedia in the process.

Stupid idea. Helps CNN and MSNBC. Sounds like some really butt-hurt Trumpettes.

I haven’t watched Faux, since the 1st debate...EXCEPT to watch Hannity and F&F, when Trump was on.

I really stopped watching them after the 2012 election when Meh-Gyn did her little skip down the hall, right after she announced 0bie’s re-election.

I’ve been watching Morning Joe, and have enjoyed it. I also watch OANN when I can get the Amazon Fire to work :)

We’ve even stopped leaving our TV at the office on FNC. We’ve switched it to CNN, for now.

I agree that FOX needs to receive a message, but to turn to the marxists stations? No. Watch Newsmax or One America News Network.

Doesn’t it occur to people how this works?

1. FNC throws a barb at DT.
2. DT instantly tweets how indignant he is and makes empty threats.
3. FNC has fodder for the next 24 hours as people tune in to see what is said about it.

The whole cycle would collapse if DT didn’t take the bait. FNC is playing him like a fiddle unless they are colluding to create as much of a buzz as possible, which accrues to the benefit of both. That wouldn’t surprise me at all.

I guess it Bly matters to me. I’ve stopped watching Fox. Used to be a big fan of Krauthammer and Kelly...can’t watch either anymore. So it no about a boycott, I just don’t need lib crap spewing into my living room. If I want news I turn in OAN.

I wonder how the Sirius radio channel is counted.

Would it not be the same?

In 43 years of marriage, we had TV <3 of them. Don’t miss much, from what I can tell. I used to miss the Olympics, but they don’t give you much of them anyway, and I liked to watch golf, but one can catch up online and sometimes w/o the commercials. Years ago, when my husband got out of the military and returned to finish his degree, we lived on campus, which has a radio station. As the UPI and AP raw news came across the antennae, then one watched the evening news, it was shocking to see what had become of the news. We decided right then and there we were NOT going to be indoctrinated any longer. That was back in the 70s. Raised our kids w/o, and they are raising their w/o.

Let's see - boost one of he even more liberal "news' sites to hurt Fox. Kind of like breaking your good leg so you have to hobble around on the one with the bad knee.

Now for a short public service announcement:

GO CRUZ!! Keep it up Trump!!

Donate to Cruz

I'm one who has left FOX and moved to CNN. I'd rather listen to liberals than the GOPe manipulators.

My COX cable box used to power up on FOX. That was the preset channel I had set. I've changed that to CNN. So every time it starts it starts on CNN.
