That Desoto pic looks similar to the new Tundra front end. Now we know where Toyota got the idea....

Re: “I hate these things”.
My best friend (deceased) when he saw a car like this said, “That looks like a little dog with a cropped tail hunching over to take a dump.”
Every time I see one like it, I think back on what he said.

I had a banana yellow Matador station wagon. It was ugly as hell but a pretty decent car.

A two-door version of that DeSoto would make for a brutally ugly - but kick-ass - pro street car. Come to think of it, a lot of homely cars become tolerable when pro-streeted. Hmmm

A bunch of the current cars have a huge hole in front. Reminds me of Boeing’s competitor to the F-35 - ‘The Monica’.

World’s ugliest - Citroen 2CV. It looked like it was made by children out of corrugated tin.
Weirdest car - the Messerschmidt 3 wheeler and Aerocar (tied)
Just plain awful - Yugo

Most limos for the POTUS aren't great looking but the current Cadillac one looks awful to say nothing of its occupant.
