No, it doesn't. If the GOVERNMENT took action against him for his vile, hateful comments, that would violate his First Amendment rights And vile as his comments were, I'd defend him against the violation of his rights.

When people boycott his movies, they're responding to his exercise of his First Amendment rights by exercising their First Amendment rights. That is an appropriate response.

Apparently, Tarantino doesn't believe in the First Amendment.
