The fact she has not been charged or indicted as yet, destroys
any credibility the gov’t has/had. If she never gets charged, how can the gov’t ever again charge anybody after this precedent?

I think he’s best when he subs for O’Reilly and you can tell that as substitute host his guests on The Factor have quite a difficult time keeping a serious expression on when he throws in his quick and witty barbs during the dialogues.

No, the Attorney General (Obama appointee) of the US, since these were federal laws that were broken while she was Secretary of State.
