"... our goal is clearly not to find a qualified and interested U.S. worker..."

Before U.S. employers can hire a foreign worker using an H1-B visa, they are required by law to prove that there are no U.S. workers who are qualified to do the job.

In this video, the speaker gives employers advice on how to place job ads in such a way so that no U.S. worker will get hired, so they can then hire foreign workers at lower wages.

At 1:43, the speaker says “… our goal is clearly not to find a qualified and interested U.S. worker…”

I’ve noticed a lot over the past 5 years that most companies (unless privately run) are looking more & more UN/Babylonish.

Report them to their state Bar. Anyone can do it and there’s no time delay in most states. Can file any time.

This is fraud.

This has been the case for at least 20 years.

Shakespeare may be quoted out of context to propose a solution but it doesn’t take away the basic truth behind a lot of our problems: Lawyers...like the ones in the video, like the ones sitting on judicial benches, like the ones writing/passing laws — all seeking to advance greed and avarice to benefit the powerful and privileged.

Agree absolutely! If we are ever to reduce ‘inequality’ in our society, as the left so fervently insists they want to do, it will be absolutely necessary to pass some sort of legal reform which, at a minimum, alters malpractice torts, creates disincentives for lawsuits (possibly by instituting ‘loser pays’ type rules), and reducing the influence of the legal profession in America. You freeper lawyers out there may not like it, but most of the problems in our society can be traced back to avaricious legislators, most of whom are lawyers and thus have a vested interest in keeping the gravy train going. See tag line.

those lawyers should go straight to prison and then be disbarred. Their bosses too and the firm fined millions. Every candidate should be on this. Left and right, its the easiest issue they’ll ever get.

I brought this exact issue up to our Republican congressman Tim Murphy, because Mrs. Sarge lost her job (and her whole IT department) to H1b imports. They called them the “bus riders” because they brought them in every day on a bus and the natives had to train them on their jobs so they could then be laid off.

I was profoundly disappointed because Ryan’s budget potentially quadruples these visas. I don’t think Murphy or any of the ‘establishment’ R’s care. They are owned by the Chamber of Commerce who only want cheap labor.

These lawyers deserve an IRA six pack; elbows, knees and ankles. They can hire an H-1B visa holder to wipe their butt for them.
