America does not merely need "smart" people to try to run our unworkable government and guide every aspect of our lives; America needs to return to smart ideas. Huh? Me thinks the Jr. Senator from TX needs to go home and rest.

If Ted picks people like those he’s picked to run his campaign, no thanks.
It isn’t the first time Jeff Roe has lied about someone dropping out, so we know it was deliberate.
Eckersley calls e-mail a hoax, says he’s still in the race (AUDIO)
“You know this is dirty politics. This is Jeff Roe-style management. That’s who Billy’s retained. That’s who he writes the big checks to,” Eckersley tells Missourinet affiliate KTTS. “This is Kansas City management doing what they do best, which is playing dirty.”

Cruz cannot possibly win the Presidential election. I like him, but there’s no way he can win.

If our government is "unworkable" what else needs to be said?
This blogger is a dunce.

In head to head match ups Cruz beats everyone. Unfortunately, he splits the sane voter block with the other candidates not named Trump.

How hypocritical to criticize Trump for surrounding himself with smart people when Cruz has spent his entire life trying to prove he is the smartest person in any room he happens to be in .

Too many ultra-rich donors...
Despite Cruz^s attacks on his party^s donor class and establishment, the Texas senator Ted Cruz^s GOP campaign has received $37 million from just four donors the Wilks family of Cisco, Texas, New York hedge fund tycoon Bob Mercer, Texas energy investor Toby Neugebauer and Illinois manufacturing moguls Dick and Liz Uihlein.

Trump for President.

I can never vote for a foreign born citizen for President, because there is no way in hell that office was to ever have such a person at its helm.
The country is in delirium. It infects all social and political strata. Hillary didn’t hurt national security, the imposter’s BC wasn’t forged, socialism is good, T.Cruz is eligible.
Will all the nuts that believe these halucinations please exit stage left, leave my universe, and let the sane try to restore the immense damage you have and are causing.
You should really be ashamed for letting your minds slip so.
That is all.

By contrast Ted Cruz' campaign is built on the strength of a set of ideas, where rights, power and responsibility belong to every citizen, not just the gifted few. This is the self-governing model our nation was founded upon, which produced the most free and prosperous nation in history.Sounds good - if only one could count on the Republicans in the Congress to actually represent the People. Funny how we point out their treachery at every step and then want to "nobly" rely on them all of a sudden.
There needs to be a stepping stone to get us back to where our "representatives" actually feel inclined to act as they talk when up for election....
