Finicum controlled that situation. All he had to do was stop and heed their instructions. He caused his own death.
I watched the inside the truck video and the aerial video. I saw them shoot LaVoy Finicum. I saw them leave him lying in the snow without attending to him. I saw no justification for either. The simple fact is that LaVoy Finicum was murdered. Needlessly. Except to send a chilling message.

You are uninformed. They had no intensions of arresting Lavoy. Do some “non MSM” research if you really want the truth. Start with Oathkeepers.
As I said to the other poster, you should read up on this case from someone who knows what he’s talking about. This was a justified shoot. The “FBI misconduct” that’s been alleged deals only with a couple of shots that the officers didn’t account for, neither of which hit Mr. Finicum.

If they had no intention of arresting him, why didn’t they just shoot him when he was stopped in the middle of the road?
