How to save Our Country from Our Government

The Problem: Is all of our Representatives have positioned themselves between the Federal Government and the State Government and is held accountable to neither. The Solution:

First, Call Representatives back to the State they represent, except for the Speaker of The House and the head of the Senate. Their Office would be in the State they represent and will be paid by that State. Right now they’re paid by the Federal Government which I feel is a conflict of interest. By having the Representatives back in their home state, the people can control them by having recall rights. If they aren’t doing there job and not voting the way we the people want, then the people have the right to kick them out. Currently, they vote for themselves with no accountability.

The second thing we need to do is to amend the Constitution to when a law is drafted it should address 1 issue only, no riders and no exemptions (No American citizen is exempt from it, including everyone from the President down must abide by it). We also need an Amendment that the Supreme Court must know the Constitution and know the words in the Constitution and how to apply it when ruling on laws. When a law is proposed the Supreme Court is bound to read and understand every word of any and all documents to make a judgment i any case that is brought before them. For example, Chief Justice Roberts was presented with the approximately 3000 pages of the Affordable Care Act; Chief Justice Roberts said if you call it a tax, then the Affordable Care Act is legal and binding. Chief Justice Roberts should know whether the paperwork specifically stated if it’s a tax or a fine or a penalty to the citizen who does not purchase the affordable care act coverage. A Supreme Court Justice’s role is to read the documentation presented to them and decide if it’s Constitutional or not. Their role is to not support, offer, encourage, edit or correct the wording contained in the document. They are to judge whether or not it is constitutional as the document(s) is presented to them. The Third thing is; each Supreme Court Judge should be called in front of both Houses of Congress for a performance review every four years. If they are not doing their job, then remove their appointment. Politics has no place in the Supreme Court; they can’t legislate from the bench. They cannot, should not interpret to what they think the forefathers meant by a selected part of the constitution. They are to read the Constitution as it is written and not to the state of mind of what the authors were thinking when they wrote the Constitution. A case has witnesses, evidence and motions. That is the responsibility of the Attorneys that have brought the case before the Supreme Court. It’s the Judge’s job to correctly determine if the proposed law is legal and constitutional.

One of the best comments I've heard recently in this regard is that the government of the people no longer needs the people.

How to save our country in SIX SIMPLE STEPS:

1) Revival of faith in Jesus Christ among all Americans;

2) Intellectual enlightenment of all Americans;

3) Complete moral regeneration of all Americans;

4) Instruction of all Americans as to the nature of the treasonous activities of politicians, beginning in 1789, the Alien and Sedition Acts, through the Federal Reserve, the never-ratified 16th Amendment, government schooling, going off the Gold Standard, legalization of abortion, etc., up to the legalization of gay marriage, and the great sell-out to the Saudis, the bankers, and Muslim Brotherhood.

5) Deportation of all Muslims;

6) Mass trials and hangings of the currently-living guilty parties.

Federal gub mint has become overly large by about 70 percent.
Which means about 70 percent could be eliminated and it would not affect anything other than those worthless teet suckers would lose their salaries.

The only way either of those things could be done is via an Article V convention; Congress would never submit the needed amendments for ratification. So, do you support an Article V convention?

The checks and balances that are thier are being circumvented by the ones in power and not being protected by those who are not

Simpler to just repeal the 16th and 17th amendments.
