Why do people insist on comparing a form of governing to an economic form?

Capitalism exists in all forms of governance. The difference between them is in who controls the capital. America’s capitalism provides private ownership and control of capital and is protected from government interference.

America’s founders declared the reason to institute government is to protect rights. The Constitution grants government the power to protect rights from outside interference. The first ten amendments protect the people from government interference of their inherent rights.

A unique system for a free and moral people. When morals fail, freedom fails. Before that day comes let’s use the Constitution for its intended purpose, which is to keep people free.

Unfortunately, more and more, people are being conditioned to desire security, over freedom.

And we all know what happens when people trade freedom for security, they get neither.
