Here are eight more reasons I’m sooo glad I didn’t vote for Obama

Items 1 through 500 can be found at https://danfromsquirrelhill.wordpress.com/2013/08/15/obama-252/

Items 501 through 1,000 can be found at https://danfromsquirrelhill.wordpress.com/2015/12/04/obama-part-2/

Items 1,001 through 1,187 can be found at https://danfromsquirrelhill.wordpress.com/2015/12/04/obama-part-3/

Here are the new entries:

1,180) There were three major differences between Obama’s “Operation Fast and Furious” and Bush’s “Operation Wide Receiver”

Bush and Obama each had a program where the U.S. government put guns into the hands of Mexican criminals. Bush’s program was called “Operation Wide Receiver,” and Obama’s program was called “Operation Fast and Furious.” However, there were three major differences between the two programs:

First, Bush’s program was carried out with the knowledge, permission, and cooperation of the Mexican government, whereas Obama’s program was not. Mexican attorney general Marisela Morales told the Los Angeles Times that she first learned about Obama’s program from the news, and said, “In no way would we have allowed it, because it is an attack on the safety of Mexicans.”

Secondly, many of the guns used in Bush’s program contained radio tracking devices, whereas most of the guns used in Obama’s program did not. In addition, under Bush’s program, U.S. federal agents followed the guns to see whose hands they ended up in, whereas with Obama’s program, U.S. federal agents were ordered not to do this.

Third, Bush’s program did not cause any known deaths, whereas Obama’s program did.

1,181) Falsely said “99.9 percent of Muslims… are looking for the same thing we’re looking for”

In February 2015, Obama said:

“I think that for us to be successful in fighting this scourge, it’s very important for us to align ourselves with the 99.9 percent of Muslims who are looking for the same thing we’re looking for — order, peace, prosperity.”

However, if Obama had actually bothered to do research before making his statement, he might have found this article from the Washington Post, which said:

Majorities of Muslims in Egypt and Pakistan support the death penalty for leaving Islam

May 1, 2013

“… according to the 2013 Pew Research Center report, 88 percent of Muslims in Egypt and 62 percent of Muslims in Pakistan favor the death penalty for people who leave the Muslim religion. This is also the majority view among Muslims in Malaysia, Jordan and the Palestinian territories… In Bangladesh… it is about half as prevalent, with 36 percent saying they support it. Fewer than one in six Tunisian Muslims hold the view, as do fewer than one in seven Muslims in Lebanon… 6 percent of Russian Muslims agree that converts from Islam should face death, as do 1 percent of Albanian Muslims and, at the bottom of the chart, 0.5 percent of Kazakhs…”

1,182) Spent $43 million of taxpayers’ money to build a gas station that was supposed to cost $500,000

In November 2015, it was reported that the Department of Defense had spent $43 million of taxpayers’ money to build a gas station in Sheberghan, Afghanistan, that was supposed to cost $500,000.

1,183) The Obama administration falsely said it had no idea where the money went when it spent $43 million of taxpayers’ money to build a gas station that was supposed to cost $500,000

In November 2015, the Obama administration said it had no idea where the money went when it spent $43 million of taxpayers’ money to build a gas station in Sheberghan, Afghanistan, that was supposed to cost $500,000.

However, in the real world, there would be canceled paper checks, or records of electronic payments, or some other type of documented information that showed where the money went.

1,184) Althoughg Saudi Arabia is an Islamic dictatorship, the Obama administration said it “would welcome” it onto the United Nations’ Human Rights Council

In 2010, Freedom House included Saudi Arabia on its list of “the world’s most repressive societies.”

On page 17 of this PDF, Freedom House wrote the following about Saudi Arabia:

Saudi Arabia is not an electoral democracy.

The country’s 1992 Basic Law declares that the Koran and the Sunna (the guidance set by the deeds and sayings of the prophet Muhammad) are the country’s constitution.

Political parties are forbidden, and organized political opposition exists only outside of the country.

The government tightly controls the content of domestic media and dominates regional print and satellite television coverage. Government officials have banned journalists and editors who publish articles deemed offensive to the ruling authorities or the country’s powerful religious establishment. The regime has blocked access to over 400,000 websites that are considered immoral or politically sensitive.

Religious freedom does not exist in Saudi Arabia. All Saudis are required by law to be Muslims, and the government prohibits the public practice of any religions other than Islam.

Women are not treated as equal members of society, and many laws discriminate against them. They may not legally drive cars, their use of public facilities is restricted when men are present, and they cannot travel within or outside of the country without a male relative.

However, in September 2015, after Saudi Arabia was put onto the United Nations’ Human Rights Council, U.S. State Department spokesman Mark Toner said

“… we would welcome it.”

1,185) Obama spent taxpayers’ money on “roughly 20 aides who spend their days managing his Twitter account and the White House Facebook page, Instagram account and YouTube channel”

In November 2015, the New York Times reported that Obama spent taxpayers’ money on

“… roughly 20 aides who spend their days managing his Twitter account and the White House Facebook page, Instagram account and YouTube channel…”

1,186) Continued Bush’s policy of wasting taxpayers’ money by trying, and failing, to put immigration forms online

In November 2015, the Washington Post reported:

A decade into a project to digitize U.S. immigration forms, just 1 is online

November 8, 2015

Heaving under mountains of paperwork, the government has spent more than $1 billion trying to replace its antiquated approach to managing immigration with a system of digitized records, online applications and a full suite of nearly 100 electronic forms.

A decade in, all that officials have to show for the effort is a single form that’s now available for online applications and a single type of fee that immigrants pay electronically. The 94 other forms can be filed only with paper.

1,187) After Obama’s Justice Department suggested that local police wear bodycams, it told its own agents not to work with police who were wearing bodycams

In November 2015, after Obama’s Justice Department suggested that local police wear bodycams, it told its own agents not to work with police who were wearing bodycams.

I prefer to ask, “name one reason why I should vote for Barry Soetoro?” (or anyone for that matter)

The reason I did not consider voting for 0bama is that no one had a gun to my head and was looking over my shoulder.

In the 70’s John Hanoi Kerry accused Vietnam Veterans of being baby killers and war criminals and started calling Veterans “baby killers”. Since then the demorats are the baby killers with a tally of about 60,000,000 deaths on their hands. Put a gun to my head and I may not vote for these murders either.

Reason #1 he’s a commie. Like Sanders and Hitlery, - no more reasons needed. At least I am an equal-opportunity commie hater and race has nothing to do with it!

...

I bet they have some very rich cronies, political donors, and companies that will hire friends and relatives for high paying no-show jobs to show for that billion dollars.

Listing reasons I’m glad I didn’t vote for that communist traitor is like listing reasons I’m glad I didn’t intentionally infect myself with AIDS.
