Trump will not make it to 1237 before the convention. Then all delegates, including those currently dedicated to Rubio and Kasich, will be free to vote for whom they see as the best of the likely candidates. Cruz is way ahead in the delegate placement game for the follow on votes....Cruz will win the nomination, fair and square, in the second ballot.

Not likely, as I suspect Trump will find a way to get the unbound delegates to support him on the first ballot.

How might he do this? The art of the deal.

Cruz can’t win at the ballot box and likely can’t beat no money Kasich in the north east. But he is going to wrap up the nom at the convention? Laughable. How many shots of Tito’s have you had today?
