Cruz/GOPe continue to fracture the party beyond repair. This will effect down ticket races, both national and local. Criminal Clinton will be the president. SCOTUS picks will be left of the left. We won’t have another chance to fix it. Millions of new American voters will ensure the Republicans never win again. Welcome to Hell!
Bathroom issues are just a distraction from what’s really important.

Seriously. Technically I’ve always felt slightly uncomfortable with openly gay men in the men’s bathroom. I don’t see how you ban trannies from one bathroom or the other without also addressing that.

Unisex bathrooms are common across Europe. It is not unusual to be doing your business standing up while a couple of girls are powdering themselves behind you. There is no problem here because men are filing in and out alongside women, and no "deviant" has any chance in hell of misbehaving with females, or with males for that matter.
This is how it is everywhere, where bathrooms are designated one way or other, or not at all. This is exactly what Trump means when he says "leave them the way they are!". Sadly, few seem to understand it, and old Cruzy is trying to make political capital out of it by insinuating that Trump is saying exactly the opposite.
The equation changes when a baby’s life is at stake.
Maybe some compensation can be awarded to the woman, if you are so concerned about her that you are willing to condone a murder. Maybe we should give her monetary compensation.
There is a strong possibility that you do not consider the baby to be a human being. I would venture to say that that is the root of our disagreement. If you think the baby is human and you condone killing him or her to make the mother happier, then it should be clear that you are wrong. The main issue, the root issue, is whether this little creature is human and thus part of our family and worthy of our consideration.
The woman is human as well and you seem to forget that. Women are not cattle, sorry. Compensation? From where? You going to pay?

I was simply responding to your post where you said, “NO one is freaking out...” and pointing out there was at least one person namely, Mark Levin who was indeed “freaking out”.
Of course she is human as well, but we’re not discussing whether to kill her. All she has to do is carry the baby to term and give it up for adoption. You’re really only pregnant for the last two months or so, as far as a little discomfort goes, and then of course the childbirth is hard.
Compare it to someone who is maimed in a car accident. The victim deserves compensation of some kind. And the mother is not even maimed. The rapist should pay it, if he is caught, or possibly even the people, since the state has a certain interest in the new life, as was admitted even by those who created Roe v. Wade.
I think we should stop discussing this now, because you are at the name-calling stage and I don’t think we’ll make any progress. You are obviously more interested in winning your argument than in thinking about this from another point of view. I wish you well.

Those that support “The Spoiler” care not a whit for the actual facts - their campaign against Trump is a perfect example of how things go when the low-info voters get involved. Even worse, most of them know but refuse to acknowledge the Truth - they call it “principled conservatism”...

What you hear is the average voter in liberal states who believe this- Ted wouldn’t be doing as well as he is in the states that he is if none trusted him- in some states he has significant support- That you would just listen to one side is fine, but it’s just opinion- There are those who think donald is a sneaky character- saying whatever he has to to garner republican support- and who see his frank confessions about issues like transgender and gay issues, and not supporting Kim Davis and wanting his sister who is a lesbian and gay rights supporter to be a surpeme court judge etc etc etc as revealing his true liberal NY values-
