I find their logic unfathomable. I was a Cruzer and still think Ted Cruz is terrific. However, I never hesitated in switching to Trump after Cruz dropped out. Now, after Orlando, I don't see how ANYBODY could vote for HRC over Trump. The Islamic Jihad is in full swing. If we do not change course and start fighting back, the USA will be overtaken within thirty years. watch the beginning of Superman II. Me too, FRiend. Especially when those who seek to destroy the US are legion, they’re vicious, and they’re organized and well funded. Attacking —especially seeking to silence —each other is not the ticket.
I’ll be rallying behind Trump —but absolutely reserve my right to criticize his actions if I think he’s on the wrong track—precisely because I DO want him—and this country to succeed. And of course, I should be corrected if I’m off base.

My only problem with this is - why haven’t they done it already? By “it” I mean a large, coordinated terror attack involving multiple targets and infrastructure.
Have we infiltrated them to such a degree that they are unable to commit such an attack? Doubtful.
Are they so few in number and so incompetent that they just haven’t been able to do it yet? Maybe.
Our current situation leaves us with two alternatives:
1. They can’t pull off a big operation
2. They can pull off a big operation, but haven’t yet
Option 1 is obviously the better of the two, but the least likely. Our best option in this scenario is to spend our resources on continued surveillance and interdiction.
Option 2 means they are just waiting for the right moment. If this is their current state, we need to focus on response readiness - both as a government and as individuals.
Those are good points.
The reason why I said this, is because at Trump’s rallies, he always brings up the Paris attack, and how if someone there had a gun, the attack wouldn’t have been remotely as successful.

A friend of mine had a similar experience, but not with FR. With, of all things, verizon. Logged in and was addressed by an unfamiliar user name. Reported to verizon, which shrugged it off — they didn’t know or care what happened. I was consulted — took it to my favorite techie who said (as best I recall in my non-techie mind) that it was a hack by a shadow user, not a hack of verizon but of the individual’s device, and the hacker probably has a shadow presence for every site visited. In other words your every keystroke is monitored by someone. Maybe a government spook, maybe a dark web freak; no way to know for sure, and even your internet provider doesn’t give a rap.
Good. We have the CAIR west coast office not far from me. I’d suggest that for a BBQ venue.
